Tilling Green Hire of rooms

The Tilling Green Community Centre has rooms to hire of all sizes and for any length of hire period. The building was once a primary school and our largest room for hire is the old school hall at £15 per hour. 

We also have four other rooms available for casual hire with the smallest room starting at £10 per hour.

HIRE RATES

Options to suit every budget

Hall £15 per hour – Longer term hall hire could be subject to a discounted hire rate, please contact us to discuss further.

Rooms 2-3 are £12 per hour and rooms 4-5 are £10 per hour.

Coffee and tea making facilities are available in all rooms but we do ask that you bring your own refreshments and please wash up your cups afterwards. Limited parking is available onsite. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

For fine weather the large secure playing field can also be hired for £15 per hour.

LOCATION & FACILITIES

The Tilling Green centre is conveniently situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Rye. There are toilets on site for the use of hirers and also limited parking is available on site too. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

We welcome both short term casual and long term or regular hire.  If you are a business or need a longer or regular hire slot please contact us to discuss your requirements and can find a suitable room and rate for your needs and budget.

The centre is also popular as a venue for childrens’ and family parties in the main hall, as a local polling station, a residency for a performing arts company and was also used as the location for the recent family food parcel distribution.  The spaces available are adaptable for use.
